It's Happening Again — David Garrett Cruise 2026
On 28 April 2026, Mein Schiff 1 will set sail from Palma de Mallorca, carrying David Garrett, his band, and a few hundred passengers into the Mediterranean. Over five days, the ship crosses to Cádiz, drifts south to Tanger in Morocco, and returns to Palma. In between: three exclusive concerts — one per guest — in a theatre that, for a week, becomes a floating concert hall.
To give you a glimpse of what a cruise with David felt like back in 2019 — a feeling we hope this new one will echo and expand — we just published a fresh gallery from the October 2019 Queen Mary 2 crossing: the Tea Time with David (alongside Jörg Kollenbroich), the Workshop with sound manager Dick Scheepbouwer, and the Unlimited Concert itself. Thirty-six photographs by Helen Dares. Take a look in our Gallery.
And for those of you on board this time — we know some of you are. Travel well, listen deeply, take photos if you can. If you want to share anything with the rest of us when you return — a message, a snapshot, a memory — you know where to find us.

On the setlist: the exact programme hasn't been officially published yet. But given the timing — the Millennium Symphony Open Air 2026 tour opens in July — expect the spirit of that world: classical virtuosity in dialogue with pop and rock, from Paganini to Beyoncé, from Brahms to Ed Sheeran, all arranged for full symphony sound. Three identical concerts across the voyage, so every one of the passengers gets their evening.
