La sala che si riempie prima che sia stata suonata una nota. David abbastanza vicino da vederlo respirare. Il palco sotto mille luci, e i volti girati verso di lui. Ci siamo seduti a lungo davanti a ogni fotografia prima di metterla qui, perché se lo merita — e perché volevamo guardare ancora un po' quello che ci hanno dato.

The first night on board — the room filling up, voices rising, the poster of David watching over us all. The cruise begins.
