Salzburg: After the Music

And here we are… each of us back on our way home.
Concert Diary

Yet the bliss of last night in Salzburg lingers, filling my heart with a warm glow of contentment.

Thank you, each and every one of you, for the smiles, the warmth, and for sharing such an unforgettable night.

And here it is… that feeling we talked about. The quiet emptiness that comes after the long wait. The disorienting “what now? … when again?”

We don’t know yet. But one day the countdown will begin once more, and we’ll again have something extraordinary to look forward to. Together. With David.

What I do know with absolute certainty is this: last night was nothing short of extraordinary.

The most disruptive, powerful, and moving emotion I have ever experienced through music.

It was emotional, raw, and alive — every string within me vibrated with fulfillment. The knot at my stomach… I can still feel it.

And this is what will stay with me. Whenever the wait feels too long, whenever I miss David’s concerts, I will return in my heart to that night in Salzburg, now etched into my soul, and let those feelings nourish my spirit until next time.

If anything became even clearer to me yesterday, it’s this:

Classical music is David’s true home.

He stepped onto that stage with such grace, reverence, and respect that it was written across his face. Being right in front of him, I could see it all — the passion, the dedication, the complete immersion in every single note.

And this is his gift to us: something unforgettable, something engraved forever in our hearts and souls.

Stay safe, stay joyful, and stay blissful, my dearest ones… until next time.
